Airboat fishing is where we actually fish the shallowest water you have ever been in. These trips are done during the winter months (Dec. Jan. Feb.). We fish the lowest tides of the year in Charlotte harbor, the airboat allows us to drive across dry land to get deep into the backcountry where the small pools and deep holes still hold water. Fish that have been on the flats must go to these areas to stay in water. These pools can sometimes hold up to 50 redfish apiece and they have no way to leave until the water returns. This is where the airboat comes into play we drive from hole to hole catching redfish, sea trout, and snook all on artificial and flies. Along the way you will see some of the most fantastic scenery central Florida has to offer. These trips are 6 to 7 hours long and for up to three (3) anglers.
