Time to fish in a barrel

The days are getting shorter and the air is getting dryer, this mean that one of the most exciting time of the year for fishing is here! I like to call it “Puddle Jumping”. In the months of November, December, January, and February we have the lowest tides of the year, this forces the fish to concentrate in the deeper holes and troughs that still have water in them. This is when I go where no other boats can go! I have found a way to get back to these areas and sit in these holes catching one fish after another. (Click here to see how)

With cool temperatures and hungry fish this is a great time to be out in the beautiful back-country of Florida’s west coast. If you want to get in on some of the best fishing of the year now is the time to book, these days fill up fast and there is a limited number so don’t wait.
